Vegpro International Inc. is the largest grower-packer of baby lettuces and vegetables in Canada. The main workplace of the position to be filled is on the South Shore of Montreal, in Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington. Advantageously located about 30 minutes from the Champlain Bridge, near the crossroads of highways 15 south, 10 and 30.

Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Clerk provides support to the accounting team, mainly in managing accounts payable. This is a great opportunity for an accounting student or anyone looking for their first work experience in this field.

• Provide support in managing accounts payable for the various divisions
• Check the conformity of each invoice to be paid (amounts charged, taxes, products received vs. sent, etc.) according to the documents provided
• Prepare cheques and have them signed according to established deadlines
• Participate in filing documents
• Perform any other related task to support the accounting team (and according to the incumbent’s interests and skills)
