Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the supply of raw materials and packaging materials to the production line
- Move finished product pallets to storage areas
- Ensure product integrity is maintained
- Scan products into the EXA system
- Weigh and place products in the appropriate locations
- Perform product rotation (FIFO) according to storage standards
- Load and unload trucks
- Ensure optimal management of pallets, boxes, and storage areas
- Prepare raw materials according to the production plan using a forklift
- Conduct forklift inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures, as well as good manufacturing practices (GMP, CanadaGAP)
- Report any hazardous situations or potential contamination risks to the immediate supervisor
- Perform all other related duties

Knowledge and skills sought
- High school diploma and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in warehousing, forklift operation, and truck loading
- Valid forklift certification card
- Strong understanding of basic mathematical calculations
- Proficiency in spoken and written French; knowledge of English and Spanish is an asset
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (4°C)
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Knowledge of HACCP standards is an asset
- Ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs
- Thorough, careful, and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong team spirit
