Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust vision system parameters and related equipment according to the available product
- Operate the vision system used for carrot sorting in accordance with established standards
- Ensure equipment performance is maintained throughout production
- Conduct regular checks during the shift to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Complete the appropriate production reports
- Provide support to employees in their tasks when needed
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Perform all other related duties

Knowledge and skills sought
- DEP in production equipment operation (food processing) or high school diploma combined with 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to work standing and lift required materials
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Ability to work in a cold (4°C) and noisy environment
- Knowledge of HACCP standards is an asset
