Main Responsibilities
- Analyze raw material samples during production and perform sampling upon product receipt according to established procedures
- Sample microbiological tests, quality tests, and shelf-life tests according to frequency
- Ensure the good quality and traceability of the finished product (conforming packaging, appropriate labeling, well-sealed sealing, expiration date)
- Monitor and audit moisture tests, chemical concentration tests, and the vision system, and follow up in case of non-compliance with specifications
- Perform and audit the conformity of various HACCP forms completed during production
- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and food safety procedures

Knowledge and skills sought
- DEC in food process and quality technologies, laboratory techniques, or any relevant training
- One (1) year of experience in quality control (asset)
- Knowledge of the food industry, production, and HACCP standards
- Good judgment, rigor, and ease of learning
