Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Strategy and Sales, the Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Manager analyzes market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive data to develop and deploy commercial strategies aligned with Vegpro’s growth objectives
Main responsibilities
- Make clear and actionable pricing & promotion strategy recommendations
- Design and implement price-pack architecture
- Conduct channel margin analysis across retail and other sales channels to identify optimization opportunities
- Perform volume forecasting and cannibalization analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Model portfolio impact and P&L scenarios to evaluate pricing and investment decisions
- Lead the development of our assortment and merchandising tactics
- Lead the new product presentations with support from the commercial team
- Lead commercial annual planning activities

Knowledge and skills sought
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- More than five (5) years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management or sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Nielsen, Excel and visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders
- Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Ability to influence without authority
- Bilingualism (French and English) required, =to collaborate effectively with all members of the sales team
